Testimonials

It was such a blessing having the Wright family come out to “Jump in Northwest” at Canby Grove. They helped us in so many ways accomplish goals that we’ve dreamed about, but haven’t been able to accomplish. The house of prayer has been in great need of a restroom. Bob built a new restroom. He installed a system to transfer sewage to a distant septic tank. He also built out the electrical and interior plumbing, as well as framing the existing space. Wow, what a blessing they have been to this ministry. They definitely carry the heart of Jesus to serve. We would be honored to have them come back to Oregon anytime. We have had so many close calls of people tripping and stumbling in the dark and rain, especially in the winter months. This improvement is going so amazing for the prayer room at JumpIn Northwest in Portland Oregon

Thanks again to the Wright family and all their supporters. Blessings,

-JOHN ANDERSON, JUMPIN.ORG, CANBY, OREGON

"AND WHATSOEVER YOU DO, DO IT HEARTILY, AS TO THE LORD, AND NOT UNTO MEN;" COLOSSIANS 3:23

My name is James Brown, and I am the pastor of Abundant Life Church in Greenville, South Carolina. We are a ministry that has been part of The Upstate for around 40 years. I became lead pastor in January of 2018. As you can imagine, the work has been seemingly endless trying to bring an aging facility "back to life." There have been many hours spent in prayer about the direction we should go and believing that the right people will be here to assist with the vision of the house.

Back in December of 2021, I personally believe that we received an answer to prayer when a family of domestic missionaries came to one of our services. In just a few short weeks, they became like family here at ALC. Bob, Sarah, and Xander have been a blessing to us. The smiles and positivity, along with a spirit of willingness to serve our Lord, have been a fresh and needed presence in our ministry this winter. I know that everyone has their limits, but we have yet to find Bob's; Anywhere I have needed him, he has been there (truly a Godsend).

The only way I can sum up the time that the Wright family has been with us is to say that they have been a present help in a time of need. To everyone who supports this family on their journey to serve our Lord, thank you for your help in sending this family to us. You have all truly blessed a church that is striving to hear and follow the voice of The Father. Thank you again!

-PST JAMES (JAMIE) BROWN, ABUNDANT LIFE CHURCH, GREENVILLE, SC

My husband, Scott and I along with our family and church family, High Plains House of Prayer of Garden City, Kansas eagerly waited for a year for Bob and Sarah and Xander to "hurry up and graduate already", and come be a part of what God is doing here.

We had many thoughts and plans for what we might have them join us in and ways their family could get connected with everyone. We prayed and waited and waited and prayed some more.

So often these plans and ideas look great on paper but the actuality pans out to not be as wonderful as you had hoped. We can honestly say the opposite is true. Our church immediately began to experience tremendous blessings and favor of God on a new level from the first week the Wright family arrived. Their openheartedness toward our people, young and old alike was felt by all.

As a budding church plant, much of the load lies on the pastors--worship leading, preaching and teaching, counseling, prayer room leading. Weariness can be a reality for many and we were no exception. Oxygen was delivered to my husband and I and our family and all who serve alongside us when Bob, Sarah and Xander walked through the door. Bob rolled up his sleeves and began worship leading for Sunday's and prayer room sets, audio mechanics and just overall mechanics of fixing broken things, ideas and troubleshooting. Did I mention he's never late with a joke or a kind word to build moral? And Sarah was the most encouraging, helpful, observant, servant-hearted sister and friend. Everyone loved her!! She had such a gentle and loving way of meeting people right where they were. Making them feel seen and special!

Xander was a trooper too. Not at all just along for the ride but specifically called by God to join his parents on mission. This he did well with confidence and an amazing attitude. He helped with so much, running screens for songs and leading kids to follow along and participating in weekly prayer meetings! We also moved church buildings at the end of their stay. The painting, heaving lifting, organizing and expertise of Bob saved the day in a multiplicity of ways!! We will never be the same!! They made a huge impact in all our lives and will be greatly missed!

Supporting them to continue this work of God is an easy, "YES!!" Your investment in their mobile domestic ministry will be an eternal return, no doubt about it!! Everyone at HPHOP agrees we can't wait for their return. Until then we'll continue running after our call to run after Jesus with all our hearts. We'll pray and wait and wait and pray some more and say "hurry up and get back here already!"

They came as friends and left as family!

"Having done life closely with the Wright family for an extended time, we can attest that they are the real deal! Their servant hearts truly reflect that of Christ's."

JAYE & NAYOMI THOMAS / DIRECTORS, SONG OF HOPE MINISTRIES, INC.

“Bob and Sarah Wright are incredible people with a humility about them that makes it easy to work together. Whether it's using their musical gifts, fixing someone's vehicle or giving of themselves to the local church, they always leave the people they are serving more blessed than before. I highly recommend them to minister to your congregation, organization or ministry. They will call your people higher, serve with authenticity and edify your team."

GABRIELLA (MARTAY) STARNES / DIRECTOR & OWNER OF Helps2 Media

"In the 10 years I've gotten to know Bob Wright, I've found Bob's love and devotion to the Lord unmatched. In addition, Bob's knowledge ranging from music to mechanical aptitude is a blessing from God. Bob Wright is "The Problem Solver"."

DAVE SMITH / WATERFORD COMMUNITY CHURCH TRUSTEE CHAIR,

PRAISE BAND MEMBER

“Robert Wright first joined our team in February 2018. He came with excellent references, and in a short period of time it became clear that they were very accurate. When I saw that he was clearly very knowledgeable about all things mechanical he was quickly promoted to fleet manager over all our equipment. Over the course of his time with us there are many noble things I can say about him, but a few stand out.

1. He consistently managed our equipment as if it were his own. Nowadays this is very rare, and it translates to many valuable things as an employer but especially peace of mind.

2. He has been consistent and reliable the entire time he has been with us, and never complained about anything!

3. He has the ability to fix things that could potentially be very expensive for a fraction of the cost and his attention to detail has saved us thousands of dollars over the last 3 years.

If we had a choice, Bob would never leave our team, but he has a dream and he is going. to follow it, and we applaud him for that!"

MARK PIETERSEN / OWNER & DISPATCHER / NIMBLE TRANSPORT

“I have known Robert for over three years as one of his instructors at International House of Prayer University in Kansas City (IHOPU). He has taken several courses from me and excelled in each of them. One such class was a preaching and teaching mentorship in which he had around ten opportunities over the school year to preach and teach. Upon finishing the year-long mentorship, I privately determined that he had progressed in his oral communication skills more than the other seven students. He is now an accomplished orator and fine bible teacher.

On top of his communication skills, Robert is a gifted keyboardist who has years of experience playing on different worship teams. Indeed, his worship ministry degree at IHOPU is from the Forerunner School of Worship with a concentration in worship instruction. Simply put, Robert knows how to do the stuff worship-wise and teach the stuff worship-wise.

Moreover, he is able to walk away from the keyboard and deliver a spirit-annointed sermon or bible teaching.

This combination of skilled speaker and worship team member is rare (I recall this duet of gifts only in John Wimber, The founder of the Vineyard Movement). This makes Robert, at least in my mind, a highly valuable minister of the Word and worship."
